Mackenzie specializes in developing and executing digital ad campaigns and creating tailored marketing strategies that enhance our listings and boost engagement. Her goal is to elevate the marketing experience at the Real Estate District and help our team build their businesses.

With a background in hospitality leadership and project management, Anna O’Neill is a master at organizing the unorganizable. From managing large teams in high-pressure situations to coordinating global projects across multiple time zones, she thrives in fast-paced environments where clear communication and efficiency are key.

Anna brings a wealth of experience in customer relationship management, event coordination, and team support. Known for her upbeat attitude and attention to detail, she excels at streamlining processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Whether she’s building systems from scratch or managing complex schedules, Anna is always focused on making the team’s work as seamless as possible.

Leanne Macdonald

With years of experience in real estate operations and a background rooted in precision and client care, Leanne is a cornerstone of The Real Estate District's Chaos Coordination team! She brings order to the conveyancing and accounting side of every deal, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Known for her speed, clear communication, and calm under pressure, Leanne makes complex transactions feel simple. Outside of work you will find her recharging in the mountains, cheering on her favorite sports teams, practicing yoga, or spending time with friends and family. 

A special mention must go to Mackenzie, who keeps everything in the office impeccably organized. Managing a group of realtors is no easy feat, but Mackenzie handles it with remarkable efficiency and speed. Her assistance in navigating the system is invaluable, and her responsiveness is unparalleled. Leanne, who manages the back office and conveyancing, ensures that deals are processed with lightning speed. Her updates on the status of files, attention to missing documents, and prompt responses make her feel like an integral part of my team. Her efficiency and communication are top-notch, providing peace of mind throughout the transaction process.
