Bryan Elmgren

Bryan is a Property Accountant with The Real Estate District, for our Property Management Division. Before joining the team in 2025, he worked alongside Eric at Boswell Krieger Management & Realty for 8 years, managing single-family, multi-family and condominium corporation rentals across Calgary. With 33 years of Property Accounting experience, Bryan is a foundational team member. Combining reliability, attention to detail, and expertise to support our team, our clients, and tenants alike. 

When not in the office, Byran can be found in Canmore and surrounding areas basking in the beauty of the Alberta Rocky Mountains. An avid reader and experienced camper, the mountains are his happy place.
