Eric is an Associate Broker and District Partner with The Real Estate District, leading our Property Management Division. Before joining the team in 2025, he owned and operated Boswell Krieger Management & Realty for 14 years, managing single-family and small multi-family rentals across Calgary and surrounding areas. His business approach is rooted in transparency and practical systems that give both owners and residents peace of mind. 

After more than a decade of running his very own property management brokerage and over 20 years in business, Eric embodies the belief that great property management isn’t just systems and service—it’s relationships.

That belief led to the merger of Boswell Krieger Management & Realty with The Real Estate District in 2025. Joining forces with like-minded partners created an environment to focus on what matters most: creating peace of mind for property owners, providing great homes for residents, and building a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. Prior to real estate, Eric worked in sales with both a family-run business and a global corporation, which shaped his belief that long-term success comes from treating people fairly and communicating clearly. He continues to value professional growth through everyday problem-solving and collaboration.
