Morven Galbraith brings a rare depth of experience to real estate, with more than 25 years as a commercial real estate appraiser and a fresh perspective as a newly licensed REALTOR®. With a strong foundation in investment properties, Morven offers clients analytical insight, market clarity, and a thoughtful, big-picture approach grounded in decades of valuation expertise.

Morven’s career spans multiple markets, including the UK, Ontario, the United States, and now Alberta. This global perspective allows her to blend knowledge from different regions and asset classes to provide clients with well-rounded advice and informed strategy. One of her proudest professional achievements is earning her respected industry designations—MRICS and AACI—reflecting a long-standing commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Outside of real estate, Morven enjoys spending time with her spouse and their daughter, particularly at the local equestrian stable. She also loves time in the mountains, whether at their place in Canmore or exploring the Foothills and Calgary area as they settle into their new home base. A fun fact many don’t expect: Morven has flown on Concorde. She keeps things simple when it comes to coffee—plain and black—but has a definite weakness for UK chocolate.
