With nearly 7 years of real estate experience—including several years as an assistant before becoming licensed in 2022—Krystal Readwin brings a deeply empathetic and client-focused approach to her work. Specializing in first-time home buyers, she’s known for truly getting to know her clients, understanding how they live, and helping them find homes that fit both their checklist and their lifestyle.

Some of Krystal’s proudest moments include winning multiple-offer situations by showcasing her clients authentically and even convincing a property manager to approve an over-size dog—an effort that earned her a public commendation for her advocacy. She believes relationships, communication, and trust matter far more than transactions.

Outside of real estate, Krystal loves camping, hiking, dirt biking, Pilates, paddle boarding, and reading. She enjoys life with her husband, their boys, and their pets—McKinley, Tula, and Mia. People are often surprised to learn she’s an avid dirt biker, and when she indulges, it’s usually fried pub food or chocolate.
