Meet Colin – Well-Traveled, Investment-Minded, and Value-Driven
I’m a Calgary-born Realtor with a deep appreciation for people, places, and smart real estate decisions. While I’ve been licensed for three years, my connection to real estate runs much deeper—I’ve been actively investing for over 20 years, gaining hands-on experience across single-family homes, multi-family properties, and development projects. That long-term perspective shapes how I guide my clients today.

I specialize in working with first-time home buyers, relocation clients, and those who are new to Calgary, helping them feel confident and informed as they take their next step. I also work closely with investors who value clear strategy and practical insight. While I focus primarily on the south end of the city, I was born and raised in Calgary and know the city and its neighbourhoods extremely well.

What sets my approach apart is my extensive construction and investment knowledge combined with a strong network across Canada. I leverage those relationships to create added value for my clients—whether that means insight on a renovation, a development opportunity, or simply making the right connection at the right time. I love working with buyers who know what they’re looking for and are ready to act with confidence.

Outside of real estate, I love to travel and spend time with my family—my daughter and my son. I’m a big fan of board games, adventure, fine dining, and anything motorsports (MotoGP and Formula 1 in particular). A fun fact about me: I spent three years as a stay-at-home dad in South Korea and used that time to travel extensively throughout Asia. And if you’re wondering about my guilty pleasure—anything bacon has my full attention.

One of my biggest wins in real estate is simply sticking with it through the good and the challenging seasons. I’m proud of every renovation, every build, and every client I’ve helped get into a home along the way. Those experiences are what continue to fuel my passion for this work.
