Meet Erin – Ethical, Collaborative, and Client-Focused
With 16 years of experience in real estate, including five years in new home sales and nine in resale, I’ve had the opportunity to guide clients through some of their most important decisions while building a business grounded in integrity, ethics, and collaboration. My passion lies in creating smooth, thoughtful experiences for buyers, sellers, and investors, and I take pride in providing well-developed systems that make every transaction seamless.
My specialties include working with sellers and investors, with a focus on referral business. I work across University Heights, Varsity, Calgary NW, and Cochrane, helping clients make confident, informed decisions. I value working with middle-aged professionals who appreciate clarity, accountability, and strategic guidance throughout their real estate journey.
Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me travelling, spending time outdoors, or working on a project focused on flourishing alongside an academic friend. A fun fact: I have two different coloured eyes, a small reminder that unique details matter. My go-to drink is an oat milk chai, and when it comes to guilty pleasures, popcorn always wins.
At the heart of everything I do is my family—my husband, my stepchildren and our cats Busy and Blue. They inspire my approach to real estate, reminding me that strong relationships, trust, and intentional support are the foundation of success.
