I thrive on those big milestones: guiding first-time buyers through the maze of paperwork and competing offers, walking alongside millennials stepping into homeownership for the first time, and turning what feels overwhelming into a clear, confident move. It’s personal. It’s exciting. It’s real.

I specialize in helping first-time home-buyers and millennials, especially in Calgary’s older southwest neighbourhoods like Haysboro and Cedarbrae—areas that have character, community, and opportunity for value. Outside of real estate, I’m spending time with my wonderful crew—and our two cats, Stevie and Kyle. I love watching the kids play sports, and when the house is quiet you’ll likely find me bent over a puzzle (yes, like an “old lady”… and I own it). One fun fact: I’m learning to speak German! And my go-to guilty-pleasure snack? Chocolate porridge—yes, really.

One win I’m especially proud of: helping my best friend buy her first house. The joy we shared in that milestone reminded me exactly why I do what I do.
