Working in Calgary real estate as a REALTOR®, manager and Broker Delegate at one of North America’s largest brokerages taught me how much the people and systems behind a business matter. I helped found The Real Estate District because I wanted to build a brokerage where strong relationships and practical support create lasting value.

I enjoy working through the numbers, improving systems and figuring out how to make the business work better for the people in it. For our agents, that means stronger support behind the scenes and more time to look after their clients.

Give me a worthwhile challenge, room to work through it and people who appreciate some friendly banter, and I’m happy. Building a good business should leave room for a good laugh.
