With over 10 years in Calgary real estate, I’ve learned that success in this business isn’t just about buying and selling—it’s about vision, value, and genuine relationships. My background isn’t your typical REALTOR® story: before real estate, I built and ran my own construction and plumbing company, so I understand homes from the inside out—literally.
That hands-on foundation shaped the way I approach every transaction today. I see potential where others see problems, and I bring a builder’s eye and an investor’s mindset to every deal. Whether it’s an infill, a redevelopment project, or an investment property, I help clients make informed, strategic decisions that align with both their goals and the market.
My focus? Calgary’s inner-city and southwest communities—places like Marda Loop, Glenbrook, North Glenmore Park, and West Hillhurst—where craftsmanship, location, and long-term value intersect. I specialize in new construction, redevelopment, investment properties, and residential resales, working with both homeowners and investors who appreciate quality, strategy, and collaboration.
But beyond the blueprints and spreadsheets, it’s the people that matter most. I love working with clients who think big—those who see real estate not just as shelter, but as a way to build legacy and opportunity. Helping them spot hidden potential, negotiate with confidence, and see their projects come to life is what drives me every day.
Outside of real estate, I’m a husband and dog dad to our energetic pup, Milli—the two who keep life grounded and full of energy. You’ll usually find me on a job site, catching an NFL or NHL game, exploring Calgary’s food scene, or planning our next getaway. My day starts with an Americano and usually ends with something chocolate(non-negotiable).
One career highlight I’m especially proud of? Completing my Marda Loop 8-plex project—a milestone that represents years of experience, attention to detail, and passion for Calgary’s infill market.
