Meet Jaclyn – Passionate About Unique Homes, People, and the Process

With 17 years in the real estate industry and licenses in Commercial, Rural, and Residential Real Estate since 2008, I bring a diverse and seasoned perspective to every client interaction. I began my career in commercial retail leasing and sales before diving into the builder and developer side of the business. In 2018, I shifted my focus primarily to residential real estate—now my favourite aspect of all three areas. It’s where I get to connect most personally with clients and help them bring their visions to life.

My favourite part of real estate? The people and the process. I love helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that’s investing wisely, finding the perfect home, or selling efficiently. Each day brings something new—problem-solving, educating, guiding, and adapting to unique client needs. I thrive on the variety and energy this career brings and take pride in making the buying and selling experience smooth, educational, and even fun. Plus, I love the freedom this work provides: the ability to be mobile, to work with a wide range of people, and to continually grow both professionally and personally.

While I work with all types of properties, I have a real passion for character homes and helping clients reimagine spaces through renovation and design. Whether it’s a fresh flip or helping someone see the potential in a fixer-upper, I love bringing ideas to life and adding value through creativity and vision.

I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers—helping them understand the process, stay within budget, and make smart investment decisions that set them up for future success. That said, I value every client and every situation, and I tailor my approach to suit each unique journey and personality.

Outside of real estate, I prioritize a healthy work/life balance. I’m an avid traveler, golfer, and outdoor enthusiast. I love biking, playing music, renovating homes, cooking and entertaining, and catching live music whenever I can. Most importantly, I cherish time spent with my amazing family and friends who help make life so rich and enjoyable.
