With eight years of experience in real estate, Erika Dix brings an authentic, relationship-focused approach to helping her clients navigate the Calgary real estate market. Specializing in families, downsizers, and first-time home buyers, Erika combines her industry experience with a down-to-earth personality that makes the buying or selling process feel more personal and enjoyable. With a background in new home sales and a genuine appreciation for homes, architecture, and design, Erika understands that real estate is about much more than simply buying or selling a property—it’s about finding the right place for your next chapter.
Erika is known for her approachable style and believes that the best client relationships are built on trust, connection, and plenty of laughter. One of Erika’s proudest accomplishments is making it past the dreaded five-year mark in real estate, a milestone that reflects her dedication, resilience, and continued passion for the industry.
Outside of real estate, Erika is married to her husband, Scotty, and is a proud mom to Finley and Hadley. She loves travelling, spending time with her book club, reading, and decorating. A fun fact about Erika is that she can play two instruments, and her go-to Starbucks order is a Venti Peach Green Tea Lemonade.
