Meet Sherry Heitzer
With over a decade of experience in real estate, Sherry Heitzer has been helping clients navigate their next move since 2013. Known for her compassion, empathy, and steady guidance, Sherry specializes in working with first-time home buyers and move-up buyers whose families are growing. She understands that real estate decisions often come with big emotions, and she takes pride in supporting her clients with patience, care, and clear communication every step of the way.

One of Sherry’s proudest accomplishments is running a successful six-agent real estate team in BC alongside her husband, Frank—an experience that sharpened her leadership skills and deepened her appreciation for collaboration and strong client service. Before real estate, Sherry was also involved in the BC film and television industry, a surprising chapter that adds to her well-rounded background.

Outside of real estate, Sherry enjoys travelling, reading, baking, doing jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with friends and family. She loves walking her mini poodle, Zoe, and keeps close ties to her children, who are now grown and living in BC. Her go-to order is a grande almond milk chai latte, extra hot and no foam—just the way she likes it.

Sherry focuses her work in Airdrie, Crossfield, Carstairs, Didsbury, and Olds, and joined The Real Estate District to be part of Dione Irwin’s team.
